The BUP weekly

Dear BUP friends,

The last two weeks have brought some drastically changes to many of us, as the COVID-19 pandemic paralyses much of our region. In these difficult times, it is our responsibility working with science to also follow the scientifically backed recommendations provided by our health agencies. We should not underestimate this threat nor overreact to it. A difficult balance.

The BUP secretariat is continuously following the recommendations and restrictions from the Public Health Agency of Sweden, trusting in their evidence based decisions.

Unfortunately, this means that some of our upcoming events will be cancelled, but not all! The BUP symposium, student delegation to the Annual Forum and many other events later this year, will be held as planned.

Below you find the latest updates on our upcoming events along with those that will be postponed.

We wish you all to stay healthy,

The Baltic University Programme’s coordinating secretariat
